Car Levels

The level determines several parameters:
1.The chances to win in a battle;
2.Reward in ROW for a win in a PVE battle;
3.XP points received after a PvE battle;
4.Average "mining hashrate" significantly increases from level to level.
In general, having higher-level vehicles means winning more often, getting higher rewards and XP points and mining resources faster.
